Premera MyCare offers members a comprehensive solution for accessing in-network, virtual care services included in their plan. This user-friendly app facilitates timely and personalized virtual care experiences across multiple areas:

• Primary and urgent medical care
• Mental health care
• Substance use treatment
• Health management, including diabetes care and physical therapy

Primary and Urgent Medical Care

Premera MyCare provides convenient access to on-demand, text-based and video-based care from board-certified doctors for a variety of common conditions. These include, but are not limited to:

• Cold, cough, and flu
• Urinary tract infections (UTI)
• Muscle sprains and strains
• Seasonal allergies, asthma, and respiratory issues
• Skin conditions, rashes, bites, and sunburn
• Nausea, stomach flu, and gastroenteritis
• General health questions

Mental Health Care

Premera MyCare offers easy access to text- and video-based talk therapy services aimed at helping individuals reach their full potential. Users can connect with psychologists and engage in medication management as needed.

Substance Use Treatment

Premera MyCare provides compassionate and virtual addiction care to support individuals in their journey to recovery. This includes addressing alcohol use disorder, opioid use disorder, and other addictions through virtual therapy sessions and other treatment options.

Physical Therapy

With Premera MyCare, managing pain has never been easier. Users can receive video consultations with certified physical therapists and receive personalized treatment plans that include guided exercises, all from the comfort of their own home.
